CHAIR

Barb has lived on Vashon for over 40 years and is an avid Vashon Parks user and supporter. She has been an active member of Vashon pool’s community of lap swimmers since she moved to the island; runs, bikes, and walks many of the Vashon parks trails, including a daily visit to Oscar the Bird King with her dogs at Point Robinson, and a passionate cheerleader for her grandson, Ty, a Vashon Seals swim team member.

Barb has a Masters in Applied Behavioral Science and over 35 years of organizational development experience consulting to nonprofit, for profit, and public sector leaders. Her work includes strategic planning, executive coaching, succession planning, board development, culture change, and meeting design and facilitation.
