BOARD MEMBER

Kell graduated from Western Washington University with a B.S. degree. His working experience includes both project & team management in design and mechanical engineering positions. Projects have ranged from the implementation of Class 8 vehicle emission programs to the design of surgical training models. Kell was raised on Vashon and spent much of his youth exploring its beaches, forests and parks. Many years later now, with his two sons growing up on the island, he has found a passion in supporting the Vashon Parks District projects to thrive, especially the Tramp Harbor Dock Restoration.
